Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you haveΒ 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

IfΒ 7 days after receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS MAY NOT BEΒ RETURNEDΒ with no exceptions.Β Additional non-returnable items: ALL Accessories, ALL Personal care and Face Mask Holder Necklace.Β 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more thanΒ 7 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) MAY NOT BE REFUNDED.Β 

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.Β Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately.Β If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atΒ kateave.nyc@gmail.com,Β so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time ( 3-5 Business Days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
